Staff Management

1. Adding Staff

To add a new faculty member to your department:

  1. Go to Add Staff under the HOD Dashboard.
  2. Enter the faculty's details (Name, Email, Password).
  3. The system will create their account.

2. Allocation

Assign specific batches to faculty members for verification.

  • Allocate Staff: Select a faculty member and assign them a batch (e.g., "Batch 2024 - Computer Dept").
  • Deallocate Staff: Remove a batch assignment if changes are needed.

Student Verification

HODs have the highest level of verification authority. You can view all pending approvals for your department.

  • Navigate to Approve Students.
  • Review claims escalated or pending in your queue.
  • Approve or Reject with comments.

Reports & Exports

Generate comprehensive data and excel sheets for the entire department.

  • Summary Report: A high-level view of departmental points.
  • Export to Excel: Download raw data for offline processing.
