Guide for Staff on reviewing and approving student activity submissions.

Your Dashboard

When you log in as Staff, your Home page shows a summary of your allotted students' activity statistics and a Waiting for Approval section listing students with pending activities.

  • The sidebar has two links: Home and Allotted Students.
  • The Allotted Students page shows all students assigned to you by the HOD.

Verification Process

Activities are reviewed on a per-student basis. You review all activities for a student at once.

  1. From the Home page, find a student in the Waiting for Approval section and click Review & Approve.
  2. You will see a table of all activities submitted by that student.
  3. For each activity, review the details: Major Head, Sub Head, Description, Event Date, Achievement Level, Prize, and the uploaded proof image.
  4. Actions available for each activity:
    • Approve: Accept the activity and award the corresponding points.
    • Reject: Deny the activity. The student will be notified via email.
    • Edit: Modify the activity classification (Major Head, Sub Head, Level, Prize) before approving, if the student selected incorrect options.

Email Notifications

Students are automatically notified via email when their activities are approved or rejected. The email includes details about the activity and the action taken.
