Generating insights and exporting student activity data.
Overview
Reports allow HODs and Staff to track the overall progress of their batch and identify students who may need encouragement.
Generating a Report
- Navigate to the Reports tab in your dashboard.
- Select the Batch/Year you wish to view.
- Use the filters to refine the list (e.g., "Points less than 50").
- Click Export CSV or Print PDF to download the data.
Key Metrics
- Participation Rate: Percentage of students with at least one approved activity.
- Top Performers: Students with the highest activity points.
- Category Distribution: breakdown of points by activity type (Sports vs Technical).
