Admin Overview

Managing the iHundred platform — users, departments, activities, and reports.

Admin Portal

Upon logging in as an Admin, you are presented with a portal containing four main modules. The sidebar provides quick access to Summary Report, All Users, and Batch Management.

Student Management

View and manage all student records across all departments.

  • Edit student details — name, email, enrollment number, batch, department, and status.
  • Change student status (verified, pending, detain, drop, deleted).
  • Search and filter students across the entire platform.

Activity Center

Review activity submissions, approve requests, and track points across all departments.

Faculty & Staff

Oversee department heads, mentors, and faculty access. Assign staff members to departments and manage their roles.

Departments

Configure department structures and course allocations. Manage department codes, HOD assignments, and department representative information.

Summary Report & All Users

Available from the sidebar navigation:

  • Summary Report: View a department-wise summary of student points, with breakdowns by batch showing counts of students with ≥100, ≥75, ≥50, and <50 points.
  • All Users: Browse all registered users across the platform with search and filter capabilities.

Batch Management

Manage academic batches and their passout status. Access it from the Batch Mgmt link in the sidebar.

  • Active Batches: Lists all current batches with their department, student count, final-year flag, and a Mark as Passout button.
  • Passed Out Batches: Lists batches already marked as passout, with an Undo Passout button to reverse the action.
  • When a batch is marked as passout, all students in that batch have their status updated to passout. Undoing restores their status to verified.
  • Passout batches still appear in HOD reports with a (Passed Out) label so historical data remains accessible.

Notifications

Admins can trigger notification campaigns to send email reminders to verifiers who have pending activities. This helps ensure timely review of student submissions.
